Before each machine is shipped, we will test the machine to ensure the quality of the machine, and share videos and photos with customers for confirmation to ensure that there are no errors.

For this 5-inch extruder, we equipped the customer with two Rexroth oil pumps, two 75kw motors and two auxiliary oil pumps from Tokyo, Japan; using Rexroth valves, Mitsubishi touch screens and PLC, and Schneider electrical appliances; on the machine Try our best to pursue better quality in order to let customers use the best machines.

Before an aluminum extrusion machine is shipped, the following main tests are usually performed:

1. Machine Performance Testing: Machine performance testing is performed to ensure proper functionality under normal operating conditions. This involves inspecting and verifying the operation of all critical components, including extrusion units, drive systems, control systems, heating systems, etc. Through these tests, you can ensure that the machine can meet the design requirements and has the required working capabilities.

2. Pressure Test: This is the key test to verify the pressure resistance of the aluminum extrusion machine under operating conditions. By applying a certain amount of pressure in the machine, you can ensure that it can withstand the pressure required during the extrusion process and maintain the stability of the structure. These tests typically include testing of the pressure pump and oil system to ensure they can provide sufficient hydraulic force to drive the extrusion process.

3.Dimensional Accuracy Testing: In the aluminum extrusion process, precise dimensional control is crucial. Therefore, before shipment, dimensional accuracy testing is usually performed to verify that the machine can meet the dimensional requirements when processing aluminum profiles. This may involve measuring the actual extruded aluminum profile dimensions and comparing them to the design requirements.

4.Control system testing: The control system of an aluminum extrusion machine is a key factor in ensuring operational accuracy and stability. Before shipment, the control system will be tested, including the operator interface, sensors, PLC (programmable logic controller) and automation functions. These tests are designed to ensure that the control system can accurately monitor and control the extrusion process to achieve the required aluminum profile quality and performance.

5.Safety performance testing: The safety performance of aluminum extrusion machines is crucial. Before shipment, safety performance testing will be conducted to ensure that the machine complies with relevant safety standards and regulations. This may include checking the operation of guards, emergency stop buttons, emergency shutdown systems, etc., and ensuring operator safety when the machine is operating.
