This week we finally shipped the 2200T aluminum extrusion line to Saudi Arabia.This machine was ordered by a customer from us two years ago and was completed last year. However, due to various reasons, it has not been shipped from the factory. It is estimated that the sea transportation will take several months. After the machine arrives in Saudi Arabia, we will send engineers to install it. Customers from Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries who are interested in our machines are welcome to visit us. Today we have successfully loaded two more aluminum extrusion. One is the 1,100ton(5 inch) aluminum extrusion line which is ordered by our Georgia customer, and this is the second aluminum extrusion line for him to buy from Teyun. The second one is a 700ton(4 INCH) aluminum extrusion whole line , it will be shipped to Austria, an EU country. Many EU customers are concerned about one question: Do you have a CE certificate? Yes, we have the CE certificates and reports about the aluminum extrusion lines, you don't b need worried about the EU entry permit issues。 Normally the whole aluminum extrusion lines consist of the following parts: aluminum extrusion main press(the most important part) and 5 sets of auxiliary equipment including the muti-billet heating furnace, cooling table, single puller(or double puller), mold oven and aging furnace.  For this 5 inch(1100ton) aluminum extrusion line, normally need the 5 containers, 1*40FR(ALUMINUM EXTRUSION PRESS MAIN PART)+4*40HQ; For the 4inch(700ton) aluminum extrusion line it needs 4*40HQ+1*20GP. This time the customer chose rail transport because they wanted the machine to arrive at the site of use faster and be put into use as soon as possible, which is why they did not choose sea transport. Rail transport has stricter control over the weight of each container. Since our 1,100-ton aluminum extruder machine is heavy and exceeds the maximum load capacity of the container of 25 tons per unit, we disassembled the machine and marked each part, which makes it easier to install and distinguish. We weighed and packaged each part to prevent problems caused by overweight.

Today we shipped this 1100ton(5inch) aluminum extrusion whole lineto Georgia, the aluminum extrusion line consists of the six parts: aluminum extrusion mian press and 5 sets of auxiliary equipment including the muti-billet heating furnace, cooling table,single puller, mold oven and aging furnace. Before shipment, the customer commissioned an agent to come to the factory to inspect the goods and filmed six machines for him. After checking the machine operation status in the video, the customer readily paid the balance.After comparing the prices of land and sea transportation, the customer chose to ship by truck and transport by land. Transported to the Horkousi Port on the border of our country. For this 5 inch aluminum extrusion line, normally need the 5 containers, 1*40FR(ALUMINUM EXTRUSION PRESS MIAN PART)+4*40HQ, we will arrange the suitable shipment for you. This is our first extrusion line in Georgia. We have another extrusion line also ordered by a Georgian customer and it is currently in production. Yesterday, we shipped the second 700T aluminum extrusion machine line ordered by our Algerian customer. After the customer paid the balance we arrange the shipment as soon as possible to help the clients save the time.
