Welcome our Turkish customers Today, our Turkish customers came to the factory to visit the extrusion press equipment. Our manager explained the equipment to them on site and took them to visit the extrusion press in production. The factory is producing 3200 tons, 1450ton, 1800ton, 2200ton, etc., and took the customers to understand each step one by one. Lock cylinder front: In the front locking cylinder configuration, the locking cylinder is mounted on the feed side of the extrusion machine, where the extrusion process begins. During extrusion, locking cylinders apply pressure, securing the aluminum billet on the feed side of the extrusion press. This arrangement can ensure that the aluminum billet remains stable during the extrusion process, reducing shaking and deformation of the material. Moreover, during the extrusion process, the pressure of the locking cylinder helps to prevent the tearing and deformation of the aluminum billet, there by improving the extrusion quality and the precision of the product. Lock cylinder back: In the configuration after the locking cylinder, the locking cylinder is installed on the discharge side of the extrusion machine, which is the end of the extrusion process. During extrusion, locking cylinders apply pressure to secure the extruded aluminum profile on the discharge side of the extrusion machine. This arrangement can help stabilize the extruded aluminum profile from warping or warping during shearing or other subsequent processing steps.
