This time, coincidentally, the customer from the Middle East just had an urgent need for a 1100 ton extruder, and we just showed them all the functions and performance of this machine to ensure that it is in the best condition. This 1100 ton extruder is our latest masterpiece of focused research and development and manufacturing. This time the customer chose rail transport because they wanted the machine to arrive at the site of use faster and be put into use as soon as possible, which is why they did not choose sea transport. Rail transport has stricter control over the weight of each container. Since our 1,100-ton aluminum extruder machine is heavy and exceeds the maximum load capacity of the container of 25 tons per unit, we disassembled the machine and marked each part, which makes it easier to install and distinguish. We weighed and packaged each part to prevent problems caused by overweight.

Today we shipped this 1100ton(5inch) aluminum extrusion whole lineto Georgia, the aluminum extrusion line consists of the six parts: aluminum extrusion mian press and 5 sets of auxiliary equipment including the muti-billet heating furnace, cooling table,single puller, mold oven and aging furnace. Before shipment, the customer commissioned an agent to come to the factory to inspect the goods and filmed six machines for him. After checking the machine operation status in the video, the customer readily paid the balance.After comparing the prices of land and sea transportation, the customer chose to ship by truck and transport by land. Transported to the Horkousi Port on the border of our country. For this 5 inch aluminum extrusion line, normally need the 5 containers, 1*40FR(ALUMINUM EXTRUSION PRESS MIAN PART)+4*40HQ, we will arrange the suitable shipment for you. This is our first extrusion line in Georgia. We have another extrusion line also ordered by a Georgian customer and it is currently in production. Yesterday, we shipped the second 700T aluminum extrusion machine line ordered by our Algerian customer. Thank you for your continued choice and trust.After the machine was completed, we sent the customer a test video. After the customer paid the balance we arrange the shipment as soon as possible to help the clients save the time.
