What is casting line? Aluminum rod casting line is an equipment system for casting aluminum rods. It is one of the key equipment in the aluminum extrusion process. It is used to heat, melt and extrud aluminum alloy materials through specific dies. Aluminum extrusion is a common metal processing method widely used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, construction and electronics. The aluminum rod casting line consists of multiple parts, including aluminum melting furnaces, casting molds, extruders, shearing devices, cooling systems and conveying equipment. First, the aluminum alloy ingots are put into the aluminum melting furnace, and the aluminum material reaches the appropriate melting state by controlling the temperature and melting time. The molten aluminum is then injected into a pre-designed mold, and the shape inside the mold determines the shape of the final aluminum rod. Next, the molten aluminum liquid is extruded through an extruder so that it passes through the outlet of the die and obtains the desired cross-sectional shape. What can be used as raw materials for aluminum billet? In an aluminum rod casting line, the aluminum alloy is usually heated to the melting point, and then the molten aluminum flows through a casting mold of a specific shape by injection or casting to form an aluminum rod of the required diameter and length. The aluminum rod is then rapidly cooled through a cooling system, allowing it to solidify and maintain its shape. Product Features The three-head tractor consists of two sets of tractors P1 and P2 and a set of P3 synchronous saw.
