Frame: The frame is the main frame of the aluminum extrusion machine and is used to support and secure other components. It has enough strength and stability to withstand the pressure and vibration during extrusion. Extrusion cylinder: The extrusion cylinder is one of the core components of the extrusion machine, mainly composed of a piston and a cylinder barrel. It provides pressure through a hydraulic system to push the aluminum material through the extrusion die for extrusion molding. The number and arrangement of extrusion cylinders depends on the specifications and design of the extruder. Heating system: The heating system is used to preheat or heat aluminum materials to improve the extrudability of aluminum materials. The heating system usually includes an electric heater, a stove or a roller heater, etc., and controls the heating temperature and time to make the aluminum material reach the appropriate extrusion temperature. Control system: The control system is used to control the operation of the extruder and the parameters of the extrusion process. It usually includes a control panel, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or computer control system. Operators can adjust extrusion speed, pressure, temperature and other parameters through the control system to control and monitor the extrusion process. Extrusion dies: Extrusion dies are used to form the cross-sectional shape of aluminum. It generally consists of an upper mold and a lower mold, with the required bosses, grooves and shapes. The extrusion die is installed in front of the extrusion cylinder of the extrusion machine and receives the pressure exerted by the extrusion cylinder to extrude the aluminum material into the required shape. Cooling system: The cooling system is used to cool the extruded aluminum profile, solidify and stabilize its shape. The cooling system generally includes a water cooling device or a spray device, which passes the cooling medium through the throat to cool the extruded aluminum material. Cutting off equipment: Extruded aluminum profiles may need to be cut to length. Cutting equipment is generally sawing machines, cutting machines, etc., used to cut aluminum profiles into the required length.
