Storage system

The aluminum billet are placed in the storage rack; the aluminum rods are sent to the feed rail by a conveying system consisting of a cylinder and a dial. The chain and transmission mechanism in the feeding track drive the roller to transport the aluminum billet into the furnace.


Feeding system

The feeding system is composed of chains, sprocket wheels, etc. The material can withstand high temperature after treatment. The chain drives the rollers to rotate under the function of the hydraulic system to delivery the aluminum billets into the furnace body and it can be retracted at the same time.

 

Furnace

The furnace body of furnace is made of high-quality steel plates and insulation materials. It is well welded (welding engineers have 15 years of experience). The furnace body is stable and the appearance is beautiful. The billet furnace is composed of waste heat recovery and utilization device, combustion system, temperature measurement system and so on.


  • Combustion system:


The combustion system is mainly used for heating aluminum billets. It is composed of burners, air pressure switches, solenoid valves, etc., which can increase and stop heating according to the feedback of the temperature measurement system.


  • Heat recycle and utilization device:


The high temperature generated by the combustion system acts on the aluminum billets through the circulating fan. The excess heat (smoke) is recovered by the system and burned again. On the one hand, it can improve the combustion efficiency, save energy consumption, on the other hand, it can  prevent the flue gas from polluting the environment.


  • Temperature measure system


Temperature measurement adopts zone measurement, using three sets of thermo-couple to measure temperature, one of the areas has a temperature problem and the other areas can be protected to prevent the aluminum billet from overheating.

 

Billet shearing machine

The aluminum billet cutting system consists of hydraulic system, frame, cutting tool, fixed-length system and lubrication system. The oil cylinder is made of forged steel material and the seal is made of a well-known international brand seal ring. The cutting tool is made of H13 through a special heat treatment process. The cut is flat, small deformation and long service life. The fixed-length system ensures accurate cutting length and convenient adjustment. After the shearing is completed, finished billet is fed into the press by the feeding device.

 

Hydraulic system , cooling system and electric system

The hydraulic system of this machine is independent. According to the functional design of the billet furnace, the motor adopts a well-known Chinese brand and the solenoid valve is selected from Taiwan Jiuoka. It should be pointed out that we can share the hydraulic system with the press due to your limited space. The cooling system uses water cooling. The electrical system basically uses Schneider. PLC adopts Mitsubishi or Siemens.
