The aluminum extrusion cooling system consists of the following parts:
1.Initial Table
The initial table is located at the discharge port, equipped with a lifting platform, which can smoothly pass the largest profile and the smallest profile. At the same time, it is equipped with 2 sets of profile clamps, which can help the discharge position of the profile to be in the center and improve the yield of the profile.
2.Run-out Table
Run-out table is made of strong profile steel.The upper part is equipped with a driven roller and the surface is covered with heat-resistant felt. The roller table can be raised and lowered vertically and driven by a hydraulic cylinder.On the basis of meeting the height difference of the lifting and lowering, the height of the lifting structure is minimized. The side plate made of the bending parts and frame reduce the failure rate and improve the aesthetics and safety. Side rollers on the outside of the roller table to prevent the profile from deviating and the side rollers can be automatically raised and lowered without interference with puller clamp.
The convey table is designed to convey profile from run-out table to cooling bed. The transmission system ensures the smooth lateral transportation of the entire device. The conveyor belt is driven by a chain and the chain is a double-row chain. The transmission belt is driven by reducers to drive the transmission shafts, which are driven by a sprocket and chain mechanism. The belt is designed with a structure to prevent belt deviation, so that the belt will run more smoothly and reliably for a long time without deviation.
4.Cooling Bed
The cooling bed is mainly responsible for the cooling of the profile. The conveyor belt is driven by a chain, and the chain is a double-row chain.It can automatically adjust the discharging distance and the profile is moved by a belt-type aluminum alloy feeding mechanism.
5.Straightening Table
The straightening machine adopts cross-stretched belt-type aluminum alloy feeding material across the bridge, equipped with a gear transmission mechanism. Its discharge spacing can be adjusted and the belt can be controlled in forward and reverse rotation.
6.Straightening Machine
The straightening machine is mainly used to stretch the aluminum profile to make it straight and obtain good straightness.The straightening machine is divided into fixed front jaws and moving rear jaws. The track base is made of steel plate and section steel welded structure. 7.Storage Table
